bluetooth...
ok this entry was supposed to go up last night but blogger was all screwed up so i'm posting it now. i'm sure you thought this was vital information.

well its 3:18am and i should be getting to bed. nothing terribly thrilling has happened as of late, but in the spirit of totally killing sarah in the blog/live journal updating race i figured i should go ahead and update. it's funny because i usually like winning competitions (by a lot) but once the other person can't effectively compete at all, i lose interest. it's kind of like playing against bots in a first person shooter (like Halo) instead of real people. don't worry, i have not played an xbox in almost a year...not because i chose not to, but because mine was one of the first and has long since quit on me. hitting it several times and throwing it down the stairs did not help either.
tomorrow sarah and i are going to one of my friends houses to watch a hindi movie...this should prove interesting since it seems like it will mainly be other indians there to watch the flick...and sarah and i both tend to get nervous around too many indians. at least i know the movie will be good since i own it and we'll be watching my copy for tomorrow's event. it is of course 'main hoon na' starring Amrita Rao, the movie which i gave rave reviews around Christmas break. don't know what will happen after the movie, but rest assured i'll probably be craving indian food but settling for pancheros.
his name is bluetooth, named after a previous fish and of course the wireless technology. speaking of which i've been thinking of getting one of those bluetooth earpieces for my phone (note to those who would contest me, the BLACK razr is much better than the silver razr :)). unfortunately i rarely actually answer the phone anymore (much like talking on AIM), so this would be a waste of money...and with our recent electricity bills (i.e. being violated by DTE and their inflated prices) i need to save up. we found out on our latest bill that turning the heat down to 66F did NOT help at all...and now im bitter because i was freezing my butt off (i'm somewhat ectothermic) for the past month for no reason at all. i go to bed in hypothermic condidions and wake up only to take 4-5 hours to get the core temperature up to a functional level. i don't know how my roommates survive, but i'm going to be jumping into the 78F fish tank water pretty soon....and yes, the aquariums do appear to be playing a role in the electricity issue, but we're still be scammed as a 3000% increase seems a little ridiculous. if any of you lose power in the next few weeks, it will be because i sabotaged the DTE center near you.
ok time to turn in, thanks for joining me and hopefully next time i'll have some more eventful stuff to talk about...and more pics too. have you noticed that my new camera takes pics in widescreen (see previous entry)??? this is probably one of the coolest things on the planet...yeah, its THAT cool. peace out <:><

the latest addition to the predatory saltwater tank (see 'salt returns in 2006' entry) has not eaten in almost a week. luckily fishes can go for far longer without food, if i don't eat every few hours i get cranky and would quickly digest myself into nothingness. yeah, its late, i dont even know if that made sense. anyway, our latest addition could possibly be my favorite saltwater fish, the Australian harlequin tuskfish. i'll post a pic so you can see just how crazy these thingslook.
