pita palace, x's and o's, and the Alias season premiere
ok this will be short and random, so prepare yourself...
today damon, james and i went to the pita pit (at least that's what i think it was called) for dinner. yeah, i know it's a major deviation from pancheros, that and i havent been a fan of greek food for quite some time, but have gradually been coming around. needless to say it was pretty good. next time we're going to order ahead though, we were on quite the time-crunch to get back in time for the beginning of CSI. we also discussed how all of damon's fishes are wusses...especially when compared to mine. james and i will be submitting a proposal to him for restocking plans.
i also hung out with liza this evening; she's convinced that her team could beat me and damon tomorrow at the wader races; rest assured there is no way this will happen unless we get stuck with people (like last year) who have never worn waders before...at which point damon and i will form our own team of just the two of us. this will be interesting since the temp tomorrow is supposed to reach 36F. i believe liza will be coming by at some point to get her stapler back from her moray eel.
the alias season premiere was also on tonight...someone please tell me where this was announced ahead of time!!??? usually sarah and i are on top of this sort of thing, but it totally caught both of us off guard and i ended up having to tape it to watch later. apparently michael vaughn is gone and i don't know what happened to her sister. oh yeah, and sydney is pregnant on the show (go figure). either way, damon and were trying to figure out what was going on without seeing the first five minutes...its amazing new viewers can ever join in on this show. jennifer garner is hot.
ok and that movie 'waiting' looks hilarious, i think we're going to see it at some point this weekend, so be ready for a review or you're welcome to join us. in other movie-related news, damon has officially removed himself from the group to see Elizabethtown.
ok that's all for now, i need to get some sleep since tomorrow is going to be a looooong (yet
