and i'm not even a verizon customer...

have you seen those verizon v-cast commercials with the football team in the locker room during halftime...the team is losing and the coach is yelling at them. some player in the room gets out his phone and downloads the song 'lights and sounds' by yellowcard and they all get pumped up and rush out of the locker room. sports cliche? yes. is verizon my phone service? no. do i think cingular is superior? yes.
anyway, i fell victim to the title track and ended up downloading the whole album and i must say its pretty sweet. i'm not heading out to play football for 30 min, i'm not even going out for a run right now (next excursion is tomorrow), but i am now VERY pumped to read more of these trophic cascade journal articles. sweet. anyway, hopefully i get enough reading done to update later. in the mean time, here are a couple shots from this past weekend which primarily involved damon's birthday outings <:><
